1. Returns Policy

Karaoke Players & Accessories

Players & accessories may be returned within 15 days after receiving your purchase. A 15% Restocking fee will be assessed on all Non-Defective returns ( shipping fees are not refundable, customers will be responsible for the shipping fees we paid to UPS for free-shipping items). Returned merchandise must be in it's Original carton, complete with all Acccessories, Manuals, Cables, Remotes, Warranty Paper & Software that the merchandise came with. Cost of missing cartons and accessories will be charged to the customer.   Defective Karaoke players and Accessories will be exchanged for identical ones within 15 days after you receive your purchase.
 
 

Karaoke Music

There are no refunds on opened Karaoke  Discs and Software due to the nature of Software sales & copyright laws. Only defective discs may be exchanged for the exact identical discs up to 15 days after receiving your purchase.  Unopened discs can be returned for full refund within 15 days after receiving your purchase..

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns and exchanges.  Before sending back to us any merchandise for return, please call or email us.

NOTE: All Returns must be accompanied by a copy of receipt.

2. Sales Tax

California Residents pay 8.75% county and state sales tax.
